Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Artwork Project Manager Hybrid opportunity in New York, NY. nResponsibilities for Artwork Project Manager include but are not limited to:
n• Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality digital, social, and low-funnel creative assets, including product photography, macro photography, texture and shade imagery, educational stills, before-and-after content, wear tests, waterproof demonstrations, product efficacy content, and social-first video.
n• Oversee photography and video production focused on beauty routines, product application, tutorials, product benefits, performance demonstrations, and consumer education.
n• Develop compelling visual content that accurately showcases product shades, textures, finishes, formulas, application techniques, packaging, and performance claims while maintaining brand standards.
n• Serve as the guardian of the brand's visual look and feel, ensuring all creative assets maintain a premium yet accessible aesthetic across photography, video, social, digital, and e-commerce channels.
n• Provide hands-on creative direction throughout pre-production and on-set execution, including guidance on lighting, makeup application, shade accuracy, styling, composition, framing, product placement, and overall visual quality.
n• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Social, E-commerce, and Production teams to translate business objectives and product-launch priorities into actionable creative production plans.
n• Develop and manage detailed shot lists, creative briefs, makeup and styling briefs, production schedules, technical requirements, deliverables, and shot intentions for internal teams and external production partners.
n• Ensure shoot briefs clearly communicate the creative objective, visual direction, product benefits, technical specifications, channel requirements, and expected final deliverables.
n• Manage the sourcing, organization, preparation, and tracking of all physical products required for shoots, including formulas, specific shades, packaging components, prototypes, competitive comparison products, and working/non-working samples.
n• Maintain visibility into product status, sample availability, launch details, and production timelines, proactively coordinating with Marketing and Product teams to ensure required products are available for scheduled shoots.
n• Lead and manage the run of show on production days, keeping shoots on schedule while ensuring the creative vision, brand standards, and business-critical deliverables are successfully executed.
n• Direct and collaborate with photographers, videographers, makeup artists, stylists, models, retouchers, editors, agencies, and external production crews to ensure consistent creative execution.
n• Prioritize business-critical shots and deliverables when schedules change, ensuring essential assets required for launches and campaigns are captured successfully.
n• Rapidly troubleshoot on-set challenges, including shade-matching issues, lighting adjustments, makeup/application concerns, product inconsistencies, talent considerations, scheduling conflicts, and technical production changes.
n• Review captured content during production to ensure every asset meets established creative, technical, brand, and product-accuracy standards before entering post-production.
n• Manage the complete post-production pipeline, including asset selection, retouching, color correction, video editing, stakeholder reviews, revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
n• Provide clear and actionable creative feedback to retouchers, editors, agencies, photographers, and production partners, ensuring final assets accurately represent product shades, textures, finishes, packaging, and overall aesthetic.
n• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the review and approval process to maintain creative quality while meeting aggressive production and launch deadlines.
n• Maintain an organized, high-velocity content production workflow, managing multiple campaigns, shoots, product launches, and deliverables simultaneously.
n• Track production schedules, asset status, approvals, revisions, and final deliverables to ensure content is completed and distributed on time for digital, social, e-commerce, and global product launches.
n• Identify potential production bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues that could affect creative quality, budgets, schedules, or launch timelines.
n• Explore and integrate AI-driven creative technologies, digital product visualization, and emerging production tools to enhance product demonstrations, accelerate content creation, and support innovation within digital beauty.
n• Continuously identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, creative quality, speed-to-market, and content scalability while maintaining consistent brand standards.
n• Serve as a key creative production partner who can balance brand storytelling, product accuracy, creative excellence, operational execution, and business priorities within a fast-paced beauty and cosmetics environment.
nCandidates for Artwork Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
n• Proven experience in content/creative production, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer products industry.
n• Strong beauty expertise, including makeup application, product shades, formula textures, finishes, and visual presentation.
n• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, end-to-end production, from shot lists and product logistics through on-set execution, post-production, approvals, and final delivery.
n• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate Marketing, Creative, Product, agencies, and production teams while keeping projects on schedule.
n• Strong speed-to-market and innovation mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality and leverage AI tools for content enhancement and product visualization.

nPay Details: $51.84 per hour
