Job Title: AS/400 Technical Lead (SYNON, RPGLE, RxClaim)
Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $44.00/hr W2 | $54.00/hr C2C

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role sits within the Engineering and Delivery department, reporting directly to the Technical Delivery Manager. The incumbent will solve critical legacy system scaling challenges by leading end-to-end development, ensuring robust technical design, and driving seamless deployment of mission-critical applications for the client.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineer code | Review and approval of development deliverables
Create Technical Design | Preparation, review, and approval of architectural blueprints
Provide Estimation | Preparation, review, and approval of project timelines and resource allocations
Conduct Analysis | Clarify requirements with Business Analyst and CVS Technical Lead
Support Post Implementation | Warranty period administration and deployment plan execution
