Mortgage Processor Or Processor Assistant Real Estate Resource Home Loans - Orland Park, ILPosition: Mortgage Processor or Processor Assistant Real Estate Resource Home Loans - Orland Park, ILResponsibilities:Phone and Data Entry: Answer phones and input data into the system.Document Management: Scan, file, and organize documents.Assisting Loan Processors and Administration: Help with processing and daily administrative tasks.Verification Orders: Order verifications of income, assets, credit, and liabilities.Property-Related Orders: Order title work, insurance, appraisals, and other related documents.Review Loan Documents: Evaluate FHA, VA, USDA loan documents for completeness and proper execution.Required Skills:Experience: 6 months to 1+ years of recent residential mortgage processing experience is required.Basic Mortgage Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage terms.Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a service-oriented approach.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Opportunities:Potential for career advancement as the company continues to grow.
