Housekeeper Position In TribecaA kind and busy family of five is seeking a fantastic full-time housekeeper for their apartment in Tribeca. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. The family relocates to the Hamptons in the summer months and would like to find a housekeeper who is willing to transition to a 2-3 day per week schedule, and travel out to the Hamptons on those days.Responsibilities include:All upkeep of a three bedroom, 2500 square foot apartmentDeep cleaningOrganization- creating and maintaining systems throughout the homeDaily tidyingLaundryPacking and unpacking the family for travelErrands as neededOccasional assistance with letting in vendors, calling and supervising repairmenHelp in the kitchen would be great, but is not requiredQualifications include:Kind, with a pleasant dispositionCompetent self starterAble to follow directions and maintain established organization systemsExcellent communicatorThough childcare is not required, the housekeeper should be comfortable working around childrenRequirements include:US work authorizationCovid vaccinatedWilling to travel to the Hamptons in the summer in exchange for a lighter work scheduleComfortable working around children and petsSpanish-speaking would be a bonus but is NOT requiredSalary and benefits include:$40-45/hr.Healthcare reimbursementPTO
