Job description
The Office of the New York State Attorney General seeks an attorney with civil and/or criminal trial experience for its Adult Survivors Act (ASA) Unit in New York City. This 18-month term position involves litigating and defending ASA claims against the state, handling all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and working as part of a statewide litigation team.
