Shield AI is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to focus on income tax provision and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant tax experience, particularly in ASC 740, and preferably have experience with a Big 4 firm.
The role includes leading the tax provision process, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying updated on tax law changes. The compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, complemented by bonuses and equity options.
