Job description
MaineHealth is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations for our Ambulatory Surgery Center in South Portland, ME. This role leads all clinical operations, guiding staff, safety, and quality programs to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
The Director will collaborate with physicians, center governance, and administrative teams to implement policies, performance improvement, and compliance initiatives that establish a high-performing, patient-centered ASC from the ground up.
