ASCP Certified Phlebotomy TechnicianClarkfield, MN $34,999 - $46,099 a yearJob Type: Full TimeJob Summary: Provide essential support to inpatients, outpatients, healthcare associates, and physicians by accurately and courteously collecting laboratory specimens. Perform related laboratory duties with professionalism and competence.Essential Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy in specimen collection and patient identification.Adhere strictly to all regulatory agency guidelines and quality assurance/quality control protocols.Manage workload efficiently and monitor outstanding specimen reports.Resolve problems promptly and maintain productivity standards.Perform additional duties as assigned.Education and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant post-medical training is required.At least one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.First shift, 40 hours per week.This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
