ASCP Certified Phlebotomy Technician
Ghent, MN $34,499 - $46,099 a year

Job Summary
This role supports the needs of inpatients, outpatients, healthcare associates, and physicians by accurately and courteously collecting laboratory specimens and performing related lab duties with professionalism and competence.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy in specimen collection and processing.
Properly identify patients and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines.
Manage workload and monitor outstanding specimen reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain productivity standards.
Education and Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant post-medical training is necessary.
One year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
Work Shift: First shift with scheduled weekly hours totaling 37.5.
This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
