Assist in the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for testing when necessary.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.

Maintain a tidy and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Background

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline, paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.

Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills in demanding or stressful scenarios.

Remarkable organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining quality control and thorough documentation.

Perks of the Job

Competitive salary tailored to your experience and qualifications.

A comprehensive package of competitive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

Generous time-off policies starting from day one, with added vacation and holiday time based on prior experience.

Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.

A well-rounded total rewards offering that prioritizes your overall wellness and work-life balance.

Impacting Lives Through Numbers

At the heart of what you do is the responsibility to ensure that each test result paves the way for improved patient care. From identifying infections to diagnosing imbalances, your precision enables physicians to make critical decisions every single day.
