Your Role Awaits
Carry out complex and routine laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
Evaluate and validate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and manage maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
Document all laboratory procedures with precision, mentor new staff members or interns, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a tidy and compliant work environment, strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, with plans to pursue ASCP / AMT certification.
Certifications
Obtain your ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
Skills
