Job description
Paycom is seeking a Product Formulation Technician to operate compounding equipment in both the Commercial and Development formulation areas. The role involves following SOPs, maintaining clean and compliant workspace, and supporting documentation and regulatory requirements.
The candidate will assist in sampling and weighing chemicals, perform validation and filter testing, and ensure proper cleaning and equipment maintenance. Cross-training and safety adherence are essential.
