If you enjoy hands-on work, staying productive, and being part of a team that turns donations into opportunities for the community, this role is for you!Flexible part-time schedule Active, fast-paced work environment Team-oriented culture Mission-driven organizationWhat You'll DoProcess donated goods using Goodwill's One Touch System standardsSort items into saleable goods, e-commerce, salvage, or waste categoriesPrice wares and softlines according to organizational guidelinesMeet production and quality standards for processed itemsPreserve the value and quality of donated goodsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWork respectfully with team members and program participantsComplete required training and follow all safety proceduresProduction ExpectationsWares: 63 items per hourSoftlines: 50 items per hourBin Processing: 1 rack every 1.5 hoursMaintain quality standards with less than 10% pull rate during auditsWhat We're Looking ForManufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferredKnowledge of collectibles or antiques a plusStrong attention to detail and productivity focusAbility to make quick decisions and stay organizedBasic computer and digital skillsTeam-oriented mindset with strong work ethicAlignment with Goodwill's mission and valuesPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentStanding for extended periods with frequent bending and twistingLift and move items up to 50 lbs regularlyProduction/plant environment with exposure to dust and lintOccasional local travel for trainingWhy Goodwill?Every item you process helps fund job training and community programs that change lives.
