Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including supervising team members, managing sales floor activities, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role involves driving customer satisfaction by ensuring an engaging and welcoming in-store experience, addressing customer needs, and resolving issues promptly. The Assistant Store Manager helps monitor inventory, supports retail loss prevention efforts, and assists with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting. This role also contributes to staff training, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment aligned with Pandora’s brand values.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to creating a positive in-store experience.
Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and collaborating with management.
Store Management experience, including supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, and supporting sales and merchandising activities.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to follow procedures and promote a secure store environment.
Prior retail or hospitality experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
