Job description
Job TitleResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Coordinate all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and qualityPerform work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviorsUtilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports and daily timecardsMonitor layout, placement, compaction of asphalt materials and assure quality of working in all aspects of lay down operationsVerify measurements, slope and thickness for compliance of specificationsOther miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisorMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years construction experience with and emphasis on asphalt pavingValid driver's license but a CDL is a preferredBasic math skillsAbility to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of timeAssure all safety procedures are followedAbility to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, some weekends.
