Job description
Soar Autism Center in Westminster, CO, seeks an individual actively pursuing BCBA eligibility to join as Lead Case Supervisor. You will supervise 3-5 client cases, provide direct supervision to RBTs, and gain paid unrestricted hours toward BCBA requirements.
The role includes a $28.50/hour base with a $2,000 signing bonus, plus up to $5,000 after passing the BCBA exam. Expect extended study time, robust supervision, and a clear path to a BCBA position after successful completion.
