Job description
Cornerstone, part of The Pennant Group, is seeking entrepreneurial leaders for a salaried, full-time training program in Las Vegas. The 3–6 month CIT program offers mentorship, cross-functional training, and potential advancement to an Executive Director role within the Pennant network.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership experience, a track record of building strong teams, and willingness to relocate. A Bachelor's degree is required, MBA/MHA preferred.
