Job description
Journeys in Wichita, KS is seeking a District Manager in Training to oversee multiple retail stores, drive sales and profitability, and lead store teams. You will support store managers, recruit and train staff, and ensure LP practices align with company standards.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel within the district. Travel and weekend shifts are expected as part of the position.
