Job description
The Estée Lauder Companies invites undergraduates to join the CEO Global Presidential Program as a Presidential Associate in Finance. This 18-month rotational program provides hands-on experience across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance with structured coaching and leadership development.
Program participants receive mentorship, leadership exposure, and guidance to advance to managerial roles upon completion.
