White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee for a 12-18 month development program. The role offers on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development with a path to future operations leadership within a growing national distributor of construction materials.
Participants will rotate through branch segments, receive dedicated mentorship, and engage in a tailored curriculum including systems training and leadership sessions to accelerate career growth.
