Job description
Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking an experienced RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor therapy plans and apply play-based and naturalistic methods within a structured career path.
The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, including paid training and opportunities toward BCBA certification, with a full-time, center-based schedule Monday through Friday.
