Job description
Bojangles' Assistant General Manager position in Elberton, GA is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily operations at a Bojangles restaurant. You will lead by example, drive performance, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive team culture alongside the General Manager.
The AGM will take initiative, manage scheduling and labor, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and contribute to cost controls and inventory while advancing in leadership within the Bojangles franchise.
