NEW CREATIONS CHILD CARE & LEARNING CENTER LLC in Lakeville, MN is hiring for a Director-in-Training Leadership Program. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to site leadership with the goal of placing you as a Site Director.
You’ll learn classroom leadership, team mentorship, enrollment growth, and the business of child care through a structured 6–8 week plan under experienced Site Directors.
