Job description
The Home Depot in Alexander City, AL is seeking an Assistant Store Managers in Training to learn the responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager roles and support the Store Manager in driving sales and profitability. You will develop leadership and communication skills across store teams.
During training, you will cover staffing, stock management, front-end operations, and merchandise planning while learning company SOPs and safety practices to prepare for advancement.
