Job description
Walgreens in New York offers an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy. Trainees learn under the Store Manager, shadowing and rotating through departments to gain hands-on experience.
The program includes classroom and on-the-job training, rotations in area stores, and compliance with SOPs. Participants pursue pharmacy technician licensure as required by state law and PTCB certification where applicable.
