Job description
Peet’s Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales and customer experiences. You will lead teams, monitor performance, and help optimize daily coffeebar operations while maintaining safety standards.
This developmental role targets readiness for Store Manager within 12–18 months, with growth opportunities including tuition scholarships and comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role at our California locations.
