Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staffing, inventory, stocking, and store needs. The role focuses on developing internal candidates for future Store Manager positions and is limited in duration.
The candidate will assist in recruiting, merchandising, inventory controls, cashier accountability, and store security practices while maintaining a safe, well-stocked environment. Travel to nearby stores may be required.
