Job description
Experienced AssemblerSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hourWe are seeking an experienced Assembler with 1–2+ years of solid hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, following detailed instructions, and producing quality work with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Assemble components and finished products according to specificationsUse hand tools and basic assembly equipmentRead and follow work instructions and diagramsInspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet production and quality standardsRequirements:1–2+ years of recent, hands-on assembly experienceStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay: $20.00/hour Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–FridayNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
