Job description
Production Floor CleanerResponsible for cleaning common areas in the production floorUse dust mop to clean production floors.Mop production floor with approved chemicals per procedure.Buff production floors as needed as scheduleClean doors, windows, fire extinguishers, desk areas, chairs, copy machines in the production floorEmpty common trash cans from assembly and packaging areas as needed.Clean main and packaging transition rooms daily with approved cleaning solutions (doors, windows, hanger poles, trash cans, etc.)Empty trash cans from transition rooms as needed and replace plastic bagsReplace sticky mats as needed.Clean and organize mop closet as needed.Wash mops and mop buckets as at the end of every shiftChange dust mops and mop head per procedureParticipate in saving projects or assignments as requested by managerMake a positive contribution through demonstration of ability to seek out assistance from co-workers as needed.QualificationsHigh School/GED - required & verified3 months in cleaning activities - Preferred.Ability to communicate in a positive wayAvailable to work Overtime as requiredGood AttendanceProduction Housekeeping
