Mechanical Assembly TechnicianWe are hiring for mechanical assembly technicians in the Sturgis area.Schedule:First Shift: Monday-Thursday 5 am-3:30 pmPayrate: $18/hrPosition Type: Full-time, Evaluation hireAssembly Responsibilities:Build assemblies from start to finish according to blueprints.Operate machines.Perform quality checks and documentationVerify specifications by measuring/testing completed componentRead assembly instructions and blueprint specifications; gather needed parts, tools, and materialsEnsure a clean and tidy workspaceAssembly Qualifications:Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds.Heavy attention to detail.Previous manufacturing experience.Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using powered hand tools.Ability to read blueprints.Personable and professional attitude.HS diploma or GED.
