Assembler – 1st ShiftDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you’ll help build and assemble electronic products while supporting a quality-focused production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and working in a structured manufacturing environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Perform general assembly tasks including labeling, taping, masking, coating, and assembling components to circuit boards.Cut board assemblies from panels using side cutters or depanelizing equipment.Use pliers, cutters, and other small hand tools during the assembly process.Assemble circuit boards into finished electronic products.Follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure product quality.Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.General knowledge of electronic components preferred.Ability to use small hand tools effectively.Basic computer skills and good communication skills.Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 30 pounds.Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English.Willingness to cross-train in different positions as needed.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.IPC-A-610 training preferred but not required.Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
