Job description
Assembler PositionWe are looking for a skilled Assembler to assemble parts into more complex components. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision.You must have great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important.Shift: 3:30pm to 12 midnight Monday to FridayPay: $16/hrEntry level candidates with good work history are welcome.Job Responsibilities:Show up for work on-time and be ready to work (with tools) by the start of the shiftFollow assembly instructions, established procedures, and training in order to build quality product/assembliesCorrect and safe operation of tools, jigs, and equipment, as well as conduct proper function checks on tools as requiredWear proper PPE and ESD gear per training and/or documentationAssist and support other areas and teams as instructed by Production Manager/SupervisorCollect all material and equipment needed for assembly and packagingEnsure components and connections are correct per specificationsMaintain clean working environmentAble to use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists and instructions to assemble/modify unitsConduct basic electrical testingPerform other functions or duties as assignedThis is a drug free workplace. All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
