Server Products is committed to designing smarter solutions to everyday challenges so customers can serve easier, faster, and better than ever.The OpportunityAssemblers are responsible for assembling finished products and subassemblies, as well as packaging them according to customer specifications. Welcomes work assignments from the Manager and Department Leads, recognizing their positive impact on the business. Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and applies knowledge to offer various viable solutions. Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and contributes to the development and training of colleagues.ResponsibilitiesCompletes work by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), blueprint specifications, and the Product Structure list, which involves gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.Positions parts and subassemblies according to blueprints, utilizing fixtures or templates as needed.Maintains equipment functionality by keeping it clean and reporting any malfunctions or required repairs.Performs wiring and assembly operations on a variety of electrical assemblies and sub-assembliesCut, form, connect, and/or terminate wiring according to instructions or prototypesPerform necessary calibrations to adjust units following documented proceduresEnsure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to standard 5S practicesRecord actions by filling out production and quality formsPrecisely log labor hours, production amounts, inventory changes, and scrap in the ERP systemResponsible for meeting production and quality goalsPerforms other duties as requiredRequirementsHigh School or equivalent education1 year of relevant manufacturing experienceMust be able to lift 40lbsExtensive knowledge in assembling various components to create products and subassembliesAdaptable and recognizes that change is a constant factorStrong attention to detail, along with solid math and reasoning abilities.Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with colleaguesCapable of thriving in a fast-paced team environmentEmploys strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and offer solutions with a positive execution mindsetProficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.BenefitsFive (5) weeks PTOTen (10) Paid HolidayThree (3) days Paid to VolunteerRobust 401(k) with up to 6.0% Company Contribution/MatchExceptional health care benefitsServer Products is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
