Assembler (#8f8c)Full-time Mansfield, TX Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as an AssemblerYou will help safely produce finished hose assemblies and pressure-tested products to meet customer quality and productivity expectations. You will work closely with the Value Stream Team Lead and maintenance to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement. This is an onsite role on 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamOperate hose assembly and pressure-test equipment to meet quality and productivity targetsPull and review set-up sheets, tooling specifications, crimp dimensions, drawings, and pressure ratings for each orderPull components, inspect tubing/hose, and verify dimensions and crimps against drawings and requirementsPerform pressure testing of hose assemblies and properly label finished productComplete production reports, maintain accurate inventory records, and adhere to quality standardsMaintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S practicesDetect, report, and escalate problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team LeadParticipate in peer teams and lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activitiesHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass pre-employment screeningComfortable standing for extended periods and performing regular lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and twistingBasic computer skills and ability to read process documents and set-up sheetsAttention to detail and ability to monitor machine sounds to identify issuesWillingness to work 2nd shift with flexible hours and short-notice overtimeHere's What Else Might Help You OutPrior production or manufacturing experience (preferred)Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skillsGood math, reading, and writing skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and exercise sound decision-makingPay Range$16.60 - $20.75/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
