Marathon Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join a Pallet Assembly Line at a leading lumber manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA . If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, production bonuses, and advancement opportunities. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Schedule 1st Shift 7:00am-5:30pm
Monday-Friday some Saturday 40-50 hours per week
Starting at $18 per hour
Requirements & Qualifications Experience in Construction, Landscaping, or Woodworking: A background in woodworking within a warehouse environment is required, and hands-on experience in construction and/or landscaping is strongly preferred and must be clearly reflected on the resume.
Hand Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools commonly used in construction and landscaping trades to complete assembly processes.
Safety & Awareness: Ability to work safely, maintain situational awareness, identify area safety issues, and notice equipment malfunctions.
Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and capable of following specific instructions and directions.
Job Responsibilities Assemble pallets according to quality and production standards.
Operate nail guns, pneumatic tools, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and stack completed pallets.
Label, band, or wrap finished products as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
