Join us and help run what runs the world.Role and ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to Production Supervisor. The work model for the role is Onsite, Fort Smith, AR.Your role and responsibilities:Assemble electric motors using diagrams and tools, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and defect-free work that meets production standards.Requires basic computer skills, ability to use Shop Floor Display systems, and understanding of flex flow, day/rank systems, and written instructions.Collaborate with operators/supervisors to address defects, order supplies, and support team objectives through strong interpersonal skills and cross-training.Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, maintain daily housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and perform other assigned duties.Qualifications for the RoleQualifications for the role:HS Diploma or equivalent required.6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
