Join our team and become a vital part of our mission to exceed customer expectations and drive excellence.What You'll Do:Work as a member of a group in an assembly lineWork individuallyProperly wear PPEProperly fill out Daily, Weekly, and Monthly P.M.Report any nonconformity to line leadsFollow simple cleaning choresDaily check calibration due datesComprehend and follow production & test methodsPull parts as needed for assemblyComprehend and follow production routes, bills of material and prints.Operate hydraulic or manual presses and other simple machines in assembly process.Understand and follow employee handbook.Follow and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures.Understand and know where the Material Safety Data Sheets are located.Follow all safety rules & requirements.Fill out daily labor cards correctly and completely.Observe working hour schedules (starting time, quitting, rest & clean up periods)Able to cross train as needed.Maintain all surrounding areas for cleanliness, orderliness, and organization.What You'll Need:Knowledge of:Basic Computer KnowledgeAble to work with small parts and tools.Skills/Ability to:Able to work standing for a long period of timeAble to lift a maximum of 40 pounds, perform repetitive work.Able to work with a team and cross train in different areas on the production line.What You'll Gain:We value and reward our team members with:Competitive weekly payComprehensive 401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) optionsLife insurance coverage to support your family's futureTake the next step in your career by joining a team that values your skills, contributions, and professional growth.
