Assembler BFull-time On-site / Irvine, CA Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as an Assembler BYou will help ensure products are assembled and tested accurately to meet customer quality and on-time delivery expectations. You will work onsite on the first shift (5:30 AM–1:30 PM), collaborating with production teammates, supervisors, and quality stakeholders to support continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Your contributions directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipmentRecord test results and maintain accurate data formsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specificationsProduce and inspect assemblies to ensure conformance with product and customer standardsPerform touch-up or full surface painting, including mixing paints and cleaning partsParticipate in lean initiatives by identifying areas for productivity and cost improvementsObserve safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work areaEnsure equipment calibration is maintained per scheduleHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role0–1 year general mechanical work experienceAbility to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specificationsBasic electrical/test equipment familiarity and ability to record test resultsBasic math skills and effective verbal and written communicationBasic computer skills and ability to use employee self-service and specialized systems (e.g., PMR, TORS, email)Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select appropriate procedures, tools, and equipmentAbility to work in a team environment and apply lean principlesReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
