Mechanical TechnicianFieldBridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits. $25.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | At $25/hr and 50 hrs/week for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,562.50 gross.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and reliability centered maintenance strategy via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history including work orders, parts used, and movement logs within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systemsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset turnaround time, cost of service delivery, and maintenance productivitySupport failure investigations and implement cost-reduction projects such as planned repair and reuse of partsComply with TLM Product Line standards and the TLM Competency Management SystemRequired QualificationsExperience in mechanical maintenance or equipment repair, preferably in an oilfield or industrial settingFamiliarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance documentation practicesAbility to work 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM)Strong attention to detail and transactional discipline in business systemsAbility to participate in a continuous improvement cultureVEVRAA Federal Contractor.
