Job description

AssemblerWe are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electronic assembly of products designed for cutting or testing fiber optic cables. You will work from complex instructions to assemble small, detailed mechanical components and perform minor wiring tasks.ResponsibilitiesInterpret complex work instructions for the assembly of units.Utilize small hand tools to assemble units.Train on new processes and assemblies.Communicate effectively with peers and support personnel.Assemble small mechanical components.Perform basic wiring of units.Demonstrate high attention to detail.Essential SkillsAbility to interpret complex work instructions.Experience with hand and measuring tools.Capability to pick up and be trained on new assemblies and processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in technical mechanical assembly with a background in working from work instructions.Prior experience in electronics or a technical company.Attention to detail.Experience with board testing, soldering, and electrical assembly is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a smaller company with a tight-knit production group and a solid growth trajectory.
