Assembler Position in Brainerd, MNNow hiring for an Assembler Location: Brainerd, MN Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) No Desk Jobs, Just Real Work and Good Pay. Looking for Assembler jobs in Brainerd where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. Perform highly repetitive assembly involving wiring, electrical, or mechanical operations on simple assemblies or sub-assemblies.Job DutiesFollow written Work Instructions.Follow the Quality Plan and support the Quality Policy.Check Bill of Materials to determine required assembly.Check for adequate supplies and order any floor stock needed.Check that tools are available and in good condition.Accurate charting/record keeping.Charting of processes using check sheets, checklists, process control sheets, production run sheets, etc.Turn in any scrap to the lead or fill out a discrepant material reportEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
