Assembler PositionAs an assembler, you will utilize hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers, ensuring they meet quality standards. This role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet for 10-hour shifts while working off blueprints with precision and attention to detail. Initially, you will focus on rebuilding trailers identified with quality errors before transitioning to a broader assembly role.ResponsibilitiesUtilize hand and power tools to assemble trailers.Follow blueprints accurately to avoid quality errors.Rebuild trailers with identified quality issues.Transition into an assembly role after initial tasks.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly throughout the shift.Experience in consistently moving and handling materials.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with large assembly projects.Ability to work off written instructions and blueprints.Work Environment1st and 2nd shift available - $18-$20/hr. Monday-Thursday scheduleJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brodhead, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
