Job description
Clean Room AssemblerEngage in a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production processes to assemble component parts into assemblies, sub-assemblies, or completed units. Utilize standard operating procedures to ensure precision and quality. May conduct quality inspections on the production line to ensure compliance with quality specifications.Responsibilities:Assemble component parts into assemblies, sub-assemblies, or completed units.Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.Apply basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within the assigned area.Work on basic and routine assignments, adhering to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods.Adhere to all quality guidelines and work under close supervision, ensuring all work is reviewed for accuracy.Seek supervisor approval for any deviations from standard procedures.Essential Skills:Proficiency in working within a cleanroom environment.Experience in assembly and use of microscopes.Ability to maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.Job Type & Location:This is a contract position based out of Chicopee, MA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $17.65 - $19.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
