Prototype Assembly TechnicianAre you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? Join our team as a Prototype Assembly Technician, where precision and craftsmanship come together to create innovative products. Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4PMWhat's in it for you?Weekly payFull benefits within 90 daysPaid trainingWhat You'll Do:As a key part of our prototype development team, you'll be responsible for:Hand Preparation of Raw Materials: Measuring and cutting various materials with hand tools to exact specifications.Prototype Assembly: Layering, trimming, and assembling components with extreme precision.Product Modification: Disassembling and reassembling plant-produced and purchased products using new materials.Equipment Operation: Operating specialized equipment, monitoring parameters like pressure, temperature, and stroke length.Inspection & Packaging: Conducting manual inspections, sorting, labeling, and packaging of prototype products.What We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to follow precise instructions and dimensional specificationsComfortable working with hand tools and machineryWillingness to learn and undergo equipment-specific trainingReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicTraining will be provided for all equipment and processes.
