AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Cohasset, MN. In this role, you'll help produce quality plastic tote products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production goals and quality standards. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking reliable hours, weekly pay, and hands-on manufacturing experience.Assemble plastic totes and related productsPerform basic product inspections to ensure quality standards are metMaintain accurate product counts throughout the shiftFollow production requirements and meet established quotasComplete repetitive assembly tasks involving hand and wrist movementsWear required PPE and follow workplace safety proceduresKeep work areas organized and production-readyAbility to stay on task and meet production quotasAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to communicate in EnglishWillingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear as requiredAbility to stand for extended periods during 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shiftsAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist movementsAbility to lift 1-10 lbs frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionallyEntry-level candidates welcome, no previous experience requiredEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
