In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of engines and various sub-assemblies, performing critical machining operations, and conducting thorough pressure checks. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets.Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards. Conduct pressure checks on assembled components to ensure functional integrity. Actively collaborate within a team performance cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality (Right First Time & BIS/ELF), delivery, downtime reduction, Work-In-Progress (WIP) management, and managed expenses. Demonstrate operating flexibility and willingness to accept any work functionality assigned within the unit, adapting to evolving production needs.Assembler Qualifications:Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferredAbility to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shiftStrong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocolsExcellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality workAbility to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environmentAdaptability to changing work assignments and production demandsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
