Assembler / Production Associate – 1st ShiftLocation: Connellsville, PA Pay: $15.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM–10:00 AM Overtime available as neededJoin Our 1st Shift Manufacturing Team!We are hiring dependable Assemblers / Production Associates to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants a consistent daytime schedule, and is looking to build experience in a manufacturing and production environment.As an Assembler, you will help manufacture and assemble corrugated packaging, foam products, wood components, and other packaging materials based on customer specifications.Manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, or previous warehouse, construction, assembly, or production experience are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoAssemble corrugated, foam, wood, and packaging productsOperate basic production equipment and machinery safelyMeasure materials using a tape measureFollow work instructions and customer specificationsInspect finished products for quality and accuracyPackage and prepare completed products as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety proceduresWork as part of a team to meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForAbility to accurately read and use a tape measureAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periodsBasic computer skillsDependable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsCommitment to workplace safety and qualityNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
