Family plans are also available with a portion paid by team membersAnnual profit-sharing bonusPaid time off and paid holidays401K with company match and safe harbor contributionsWork environment focused on high quality and safety standardsWhat you'll be doing:Assembling subcomponents into finished assembliesPulling parts per Work Instructions and Bill of MaterialStocking workstations with all necessary hardwareStanding, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, lifting, and reaching to prepare finished goods for shipment by inspecting the completed assembly and placing them on customer designated shipping racksCompleting daily inspection of workstation fixturesLifting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10-15 lbs. of force frequentlyPerforming other duties as assignedWCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. That growth has provided an opportunity to further expand our vision with our customers and increase our capacities.RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Proficiency with hand tools (required)Prior forklift certification or equivalent experience (preferred)Proficiency in a variety of software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred)High school diploma or GED (required)
