You will have full ownership over building, calibrating, and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic subassemblies, directly impacting product delivery and operational excellence.Key Exciting ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components for subassemblies or complete units using blueprints, manuals, and precision hand tools.Align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet precise specifications and strict manufacturing quality standards.Inspect finished work for defects, conduct final testing, and troubleshoot non-conforming units before shipment.Track production progress by scanning work orders, logging counts, and updating digital manufacturing software.Essential Skills & Experience1+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and product assembly.Completion of primary education or equivalent practical experience.Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly sketches.Proficiency in safely operating basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment.Bonus Points For:Experience using digital manufacturing software and barcode scanners to track production.Hands-on experience performing product inspection, packaging, and unit troubleshooting.Logistics:Location: Dayton, OH, In OfficeTravel Requirement: 0%Why You'll Love Working With UsAt Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.We build innovative solutions designed to solve the world's most critical challenges.
