We are seeking workers for Assemblers– No Experience Needed to support our client's team.Job Title: Assembler– No Experience NeededLocation: Devens, MAShift: 12-hour shifts 7AM-7PM or 7PM- 7AMHourly Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: Full-Time | TemporaryFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Week one 36 hours (3 Days), Week two 48 hours (4 Days). Two days on, Two days off, every other weekend (Friday-Sunday)Job Summary:Follow instructions to perform basic assembly operations and labeling of components. Operate and maintain machinery while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. If you're looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Follow written and verbal work instructions in a cleanroom environment.Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.Use barcode scanners and small hand tools during the assembly process.Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Ability to speak, read, and write in English.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand for up to 12 hours during shifts.Must pass a background check and drug screening.Must successfully complete a pre-employment assessment.Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
